1. Who these terms are with

This website at trapezia.ai is operated by Christopher Advena (“Trapezia”, “we”, “our”, “us”), based in Pennsylvania, United States. By using the site you are agreeing to the latest version of these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce a right or provision of these terms; that does not mean we are waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.

2. What this site is

This site exists to describe what Trapezia builds and the domains it works in. It is informational and nothing more.

It is not an offer, a solicitation, or an invitation to enter into any agreement. Nothing on it creates a professional, advisory, client, or fiduciary relationship with you, and nothing on it is engineering, financial, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or medical advice, or an offer of any regulated service. Do not act on anything here without appropriate professional advice of your own.

Descriptions of what Trapezia builds are statements of capability and intent. They are not a commitment that any particular product exists, will be built, will be offered to you, or will work in any particular way.

3. Accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is. Content may be out of date, incomplete, or superseded, and we may change or remove any of it at any time without notice.

4. Trapezia Salus

Trapezia Salus is described at trapezia.ai/salus. It is in development and is not generally available, and the page describing it is documentation, not an offer to supply it.

Salus is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, it gives no medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinician or for emergency services. Nothing on this site should be relied on for a decision about your health.

If Salus is made available, its use will be governed by these terms together with a Salus addendum published at /salus/terms, which will add to these terms rather than replace them. Using this website does not grant you any right to use Salus.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, do not interfere with its operation or availability, and do not use automated means to overload it.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design, and the Trapezia and Trapezia Salus names and marks, belongs to Trapezia or is used with permission. You may read, quote, and link to it for ordinary informational purposes. You may not present it as your own, or use our names or marks in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Where this site links elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

We mention liability elsewhere in these terms, but to put it in one place:

You expressly understand and agree that Trapezia shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Trapezia has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use this site; (ii) statements or conduct of any third party on or in connection with the site; or (iii) any other matter relating to these terms or the site, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence, whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version is published at this URL with a new effective date and version number at the top of the page, and applies from the date shown. The URL does not change, so a link to it always resolves to the current terms.
