Trapezia Insure

AI applied to the operational work of commercial insurance — the handling, checking, and chasing that fills an account manager's day.

Status

Trapezia Insure is in development. It is not generally available and is not being offered for sale. This page describes what it is built to do; it is not an offer of insurance services or of any regulated activity.

Commercial insurance runs on documents and follow-up. A submission arrives as a pile of attachments in an inbox. Details are re-keyed into an agency management system. Policies, endorsements, and certificates have to be read closely enough to notice what changed. Someone has to remember what is outstanding, and chase it.

Very little of that work is judgement. Most of it is careful, repetitive handling — and it is where the hours and the avoidable errors both go.

Submissions and intake

Reading what arrives — applications, loss runs, schedules, correspondence — and turning it into structured, checkable information rather than an inbox of attachments.

Document review

Working through policies, endorsements, and certificates: what they say, what changed between versions, and what does not line up.

Account questions

Answering questions about what is on file — coverage in force, dates, limits, outstanding items — from the records the agency already holds.

Follow-up

Keeping track of what is outstanding and what is due, so that chasing is a matter of record rather than of memory.

It is built to work inside the systems an agency already uses, rather than to replace them. The agency management system stays the system of record; Trapezia Insure does the handling around it.

It is designed to do the work end to end rather than to assist with one step of it — the same idea behind everything Trapezia builds — while leaving decisions that require professional judgement with the people licensed to make them.

Trapezia is not an insurance agency, broker, producer, or carrier, and is not licensed as one. Trapezia Insure does not sell, solicit, negotiate, quote, bind, or place insurance, and it does not adjust or decide claims.

It does not give insurance, coverage, underwriting, or risk advice, and nothing it produces is a coverage opinion or a substitute for one. Reviewing a document is not the same as advising on it: what it surfaces is there to be checked by a licensed professional, who remains responsible for the advice given and the decisions made.

Nothing on this page is an offer of insurance or of any regulated service, or a solicitation to buy one.

This website collects nothing: no forms, no accounts, no analytics, no cookies. There is nothing to sign up for here and no way to submit information through this page. The full statement is at trapezia.ai/privacy.

Trapezia Insure itself handles client and policy information, which this website does not. Before it is offered to anyone, terms and a privacy addendum covering that handling — what is stored, where, for how long, and who processes it — will be published alongside the company-wide statements rather than replacing them.
